Chapter Twenty-Four
"I can't!... I really can't!" Essence said between contraction. "Yes, you can dear. Come on. Listen to my breathing and follow me okay..." Thana coos her wife and rubbing her side. "She's ready." The doctor announced. "Princess... Could you hold her hands for every push?" Thana nod. Essence lay back towards Thana's body. She is tired, she's sore and she's been in labor for hours. She just wants to end it all but she's afraid. "Everyone is ready?" Thana and Essence nod. "Princess, I need a really big push okay... Now." Essence does as told. "Stop... Relax... Breath in... Breath out...." "You're doing great honey..." Thana whispers to Essence's ears. "Now... Another push..." Essence grabs Thana's hands and squeezes hard. Thana could hear her bones cracking but she didn't say anything
