Joseph had already prepared his mind fairly well through performing his mental exercises, always practising in secret without anyone noticing. He didn’t talk any more with his father about their individual callings and neither had his father asked him any further questions, as both their respective voices had told them not to do so.
One day, Joseph’s inner voice told him to go on a journey and find the family of his future wife. His father thought that this was a good idea, but advised him to take some money just in case he needed anything along the way, as he did not know how long he would be away from home.
