It had been two days since the fairies came to warn us and so far there had been nothing else to happen. We were all expecting Arakas to strike, but he hadn't. The tension in the castle wasn't lessening. If anything, it was getting worse, and it had crossed my mind regularly that Arakas was doing this on purpose. Fero kept my sleep peaceful and calm, but I knew something was brewing, they had both come out of our bodies for a few hours this morning to have some time together, and I'd felt edgy not having him there. I know deep in my stomach that he's coming for me, it's just a case of how and when he decides to do it. I know Dante knew this too, he doesn't let me out of his sight at all. I can tell he hasn't been sleeping either. I don't think anyone has, in all honesty.
