Chapter 26He looked up out of the small trench he was laying in to see the rest of his group being arrested. He was the only one not captured or killed. He lay there until dark, and when he was sure it was safe to get up and leave. He knew what to do. He would steal the first car he came across and make his way to the safe house near Lucca and meet up with Aashiq and the rest of any survivors.
When he got to the safe house, the FBI was there. He watched from behind a tree as the FBI was taking Aashiq and two others into custody. Suddenly, the two men attacked their guard, and Aashiq took off running. He made it to the road when a car pulled up. Two men got out and grabbed Aashiq, and they got into a car and drove away. He wasn’t the only one watching what was happening.
