Ila’s POV
“Ugh!” Hannah shouts suddenly during the car ride back to Crystal Moon. “I can’t take it anymore! Spill the beans, Ila!”
Hannah’s sudden outburst startles me from my daydream of Kane. I turned in her direction. “Spill? Spill what?” I ask.
She grabs my face with her hands, squishing my cheeks, making me look like a fish. “You know what I’m talking about...” She growls at me. I pull away from her and rub my cheeks where her icy hands were. I try to think of what she could be talking about, but I am drawing a blank.
“Ugh, Ila!” she whines. “I love you, but you suck at girl talk... I wanna know about... Alpha Kane’s... performance.” She giggles. My eyes widen. She couldn’t be talking about last night, could she?
“Mrs. Hannah! You shouldn’t speak of such things!” Serena bark
