Leighton wakes up after a long nap. He got tired after the morning's incident and needed to rest for hours. He finds the child sitting next to him, he already put on his dry clothes and he's grilling a fish. Leighton feels bad for leaving him alone, he should have woken up earlier to make his food.
"Are you alright Jules?" he asks with a tired voice.
The child hums, "Thank you for saving me."
Leighton smiles and ruffles his hair, "You scared us, kid. Next time, stay next to us, okay?"
The child nods with a smile.
Leighton looks around and notices Julian is nowhere to be seen. He guesses that he must be swimming or looking for more wood.
He shrugs and joins the kid, he grills a fish for him too and both eat hungrily.
