I wanted to speak with Drake again. I missed hearing his voice. We had a plan in place. Paige and Diana had both been mindlinking me, we had discussed the plan through our mindlink, because we couldn’t let Virgil or Kenzie hear it. I didn’t trust her. There was something in her story that didn’t add up. She said that Virgil had lied to her, but she had known him for many years and slept with him. How could she not know his plan?
