Just before we got to the doors that led into the Lycan palace gardens, I dragged Elisa into a small room, hidden from view of the guests. I spun her around to face me, wrapping my arms around her waist. She wrapped her arms around my neck, and smiled, “What are we doing in here, handsome? We need to be outside for the party. We are the guests of honour, after all.”
