Kael I expected her to run back to me sooner. She was stubborn, but I knew she hated feeling weak more than anything else. That made things easier. Her anger would push her forward more than fear ever could. I finished getting dressed and sat down for a moment. My wolf was restless, pacing in my head, calling her name. He wanted to go to her. He wanted her close. I ignored him. Wanting her didn’t give me the right to have her. I needed to break her first. I stood up and left my room. I didn’t bother thinking about what I would say to her. Her reactions were always more interesting when she didn’t see me coming. Her door wasn’t locked. She forgot to do that again. I pushed it open and walked in.
