Chapter 1 (The Intro)

Sarah

Today is Sunday!!! That’s means no work and dance practice but do I get a chance to sleep in. Nooo because I have an annoying sister who is screaming at the top of her lungs “I’m getting married this week!!!” I’m getting married B*tches!!!”

“OMG, Sam I’m going to kill you!! Shut up!!”

“Is that anyway to talk to your future Luna” she’s yells back

“It is if she’s your sister and screaming at 5am in the morning!!!”

“Girls shut up” our other sister Sierra says

If your wondering what’s going on then let me explain I have two older sisters. Sierra is married to the Betta of our pack Justin. She practically raised me after our parents died in a car accident. Then Samantha my second oldest is about to marry the Alpha of our pack (Shadow Moon Pack) Scott. We are the second biggest pack and our army is the best thank to my father. He was our pack greatest warrior and he trained our new recruits without any mercy. Anyways my parents died when I was 10 in a car accident. My older sister Sierra then took over and raised me and my sister along with her husband Justin. 

Finally I get up for breakfast and my sister is already cooking and it smells like heaven. I love the smell of pancakes and bacon in the morning. Yumm

“I need coffee” I grunt

“Aren’t we grumpy in the morning?” Sierra says

“She woke me up at 5am on a Sunday”

“It’s my wedding week” Sam says

“We know!! You keep yelling it!” I scream at her with my arms up in the air

“Well this is my cue to leave, I don’t want to get involved in this since it involves my beautiful wife and our future Luna” he says while leaving out the door

“Coward!!” I yell back at him

Samantha then speaks up. “I wanna do something special for my bachelorette party”

“Like?” Sierra says

“Well you know how we all took dance classes when we were younger, we’ll I know for a fact that Scott and the boys are going to Club Vape and I don’t want some hussy grinding on him. So I was wondering if maybe we can be the strippers for the boys and put on a show for them” 

Sierra and I both start laughing but Sam isn’t

“OMG Sam your serious” 

“Yes, please will give them a show then we can leave and do our own thing. I just don’t want him to forget what’s waiting for him at home. Plus it’ll be fun.” Sam says

“Sam, we haven’t dance since we were kids.. the only one here who still dances is Sarah.” Sierra says

“I know that’s why she can help us and it’s not like we don’t have rhythm, she can choreograph something for us.” Sam says thinking I don’t have work or auditions to attend to...But then she gives me those puppy eyes and I can’t help it but to say “Yes”. I mean it is her wedding week.

“Yay, thank god I thought I was gonna have to use my Luna powers on you two” she says with a smirk on her face

“First of all you got no powers and second of all if you did it wouldn’t work on us since we’re you sisters” I tell her

“Okay, Okay enough ladies” Sierra say

“Okay fine, hey are you going to the back house later?” Sam says

“ I am Derik is going to try out to be a back warrior, so I’m gonna go and cheer him on” Derik is my best friend and people think we’re dating but what they don’t know is that he’s gay.

“Oh, okay because Scott is a little on edge.. apparently the Alpha King is coming. So we’re bumping up security.” Sam informs us. 

Later on I’m going across the street to my best friend house

“Derik you better be up and ready for warrior training!!” I yell running up his room

“I’m up! I’m up!” He yells back

I bust into his room and jump on his bed. “Fine then let’s go now!! You don’t want to be late especially if you are meeting with the archers”

My dad was the best pack warrior and he was fearless he taught me everything I know..

.... FlashBack....

Since I was five my dad has been training me

“Daddy I’m tired” 

“I know sweetie but I need you to keep going” he says

“Daddy my legs are tired please, why can’t I go inside with sissy” 

“Because your different, I need you to be better! Please don’t question me Sarah”

“Fine but can I at least do dance classes like my sissys”

“Okay, but only if you train everyday without complaining”

“Deal” we shake on it.

.... End....

We’re at the pack house and the new recruits are look good, I’m mean damn seeing them run without their shirts is hot. They got muscles on muscles and that delicious v line. 

“Okay, do you need a bib?” Sam says

“I mean at this point I need a cooling fan” I say

Sam nudges my shoulder and says “please stop”

“Oh come on I’m just looking”

“Okay, okay, wish me luck Derik say” while placing a kiss on my cheeks.

Just as we’re watching the men practice I get a scent. My wolf starts howling at me and I turn around to see who it is that has my wolf going crazy. I don’t recognize him but he’s standing next to our Alpha Scott. No No this can’t be happening, I think I just found my mate. Before I can even think any rational thought I run making sure they don’t see me. 

Alec

I’m at the Shadow Moon pack for my good friend wedding. We’re going over his security detail when I get a whiff of fresh Strawberries and Sunflowers. It has my wolf trying to claw itself to the surface. Mate!! It’s been so long that I thought she didn’t even exist. Im 35 years old and still without a mate and everyday it’s harder and harder not to turn feral. I’m not just any ordinary wolf I’m a Lycan that means I’m more powerful than you can imagine but without my mate to ground me I can turn unstable. 

She’s here but where? I look around and I see a crowd of women and I go over to smell them but nothing. She’s gone!! Why? Didn’t she scent me too? My wolf is growling at me to go find her.

“Alec are you okay” Scott says pulling me out of my thoughts

“ She’s here!”

“Who is?” He says

“My Mate” I growl at him

“That’s good, were is she?” He looks around tryin to see who

“She’s gone, she left” 

“Wait, why.. finding your mate is like finding your other half. Are you sure you scent her Alec because once you find your mate it’s pretty hard to stay away.” He tells me like I don’t already know that

“Yes, and I know that but trust me when I find her she’s going to get a good spanking for hiding from me!!” I say growling the last words out.
