Robin confidently walked from her office to the secretarial cubicles. Sandra, her secretary, was on the phone talking to a client when Robin approached. Robin tried unsuccessfully to get her attention. It seemed that Sandra was purposefully ignoring her. Robin, however, had her doubts. After all, she had been at the firm for only a few months and wasn’t as familiar with the staff and their personalities.
Undeterred and not knowing how long her secretary would be busy on the phone, Robin walked to Lydia’s cubicle at the back, closer to Daniel’s office.
