It was slightly past noon.
The City of Dorn sat still and unusually quiet. Most of the streets of this vast city, where street vendors would normally be selling all sorts of things, were now completely empty. Only a few people could be seen walking around the streets.
The citizens of Dorn were afraid of going out of their homes. Terrifying rumors had been making rounds in Dorn, that the demons of Hell had invaded the Royal Palace, and murdered the entire royal family.
The people weren't just scared because of the rumors, some of them had witnessed with their own eyes that the soldiers who used to guard The Palace gates were nowhere to be seen. They'd now been replaced by ladies with long black hair, and wearing black leather suits.
