Viren was totally broken after seeing his love in that condition. When he saw Jeevika the first day, when she was injured, he vowed to himself that he will not let anything happen to her. He'll protect her. But, here he was sobbing that he couldn't do anything to save her. To protect her. She was there in her worst condition and he couldn't do anything.
He got up from the sofa and wiped off his tears. He went to his room and lied down holding a picture of Jeevika. She was looking so beautiful. Didn't having any worry just carefree. More tears left Viren's eyes seeing Jeevika's smiling face. He closed his eyes, remembering each and every moment he spent with her.
