Chapter five

When the kids came home from school they entered inside the home placing their bags down in their rooms. When they came back down to living room they saw their mother and her hand in a cast. They all became worried when they saw that.

" what happened to your hand" Landon asked with worry on his face.

" Oh it is a long story. But cutting it short I punch my cousin in the face." Leah said to her children.

All of the kids laughed about that because they have heard stories about their mother's cousin. They were glad that their mother did and they would have paid money to see it happen again.

" Mom is a badass" Alexander said with a large smile on his face.

" Alright, all of you go off and do your homework, it would be better if all of you finish before dinner. So go get that done, then I will call you for dinner" Leah said getting up from the couch.

All of the kids went off to their bedroom's to complete their homework. Eric came out of his office when he saw his children going into their rooms. He walked down to see Leah walking to the kitchen, he came up to her, he pulled her to the couch. He sat down first before pulling her to his lap.

He pulled her closer to him kissing her lips, for him he wanted to make sure that she feels the love everyday and he just simply missed her touch.

Both just relaxed on the couch for a few minutes until the clock hit 5:00 pm. When the clock hit 5:30. Eric was told from the mind link that dinner was done so he told that to Leah and she went to get the children from their rooms.

All of them were sitting around the dinner table taking about their day's and what happen during the day at school. Leah was feeling happy, she definitely did not see this happening but as right now she is glad that this is her life. Ending a great day all of the children went to their rooms getting ready for the next day, Eric went to holding Leah in his arms as they went to their bedroom. Eric placed Leah in the bed before getting in himself. Eric wrapped his arms around Leah pulling her closer to him. After a few minutes Eric watched Leah's eyes close due to do sleep coming. Leah closed her eyes making Eric smile, he leaned in to kiss Leah's lips. He was about to close his eyes until his phone alerted him telling him that he has a message.

Carefully reaching for his phone checking his phone he sees that it is his parents. The message said that they will be coming to the pack to meet their grandchildren. Eric was okay with that and he has a feeling that Leah would be okay with as long it is not her family he did worry when her parents would come around, that is something he would not be looking forward to. Eric put his phone down pulling Leah closer to him closing his eyes letting sleep to take over.

Eric -

Getting up from the bed I head to my office to get some things done. When I left the bedroom I made sure to be quiet, not wanting to wake Leah up. I wanted her to get more sleep because she needs it more than ever since she is human. Everything is different. When I left my office I was able to get the kids ready for school and making sure that they have food for lunch for later. Seeing all of them go off to school, I smile because seeing their faces make feel joy within myself. Knowing that the kids are go I make my way back inside my of my office to start my work.

I still have to tell Leah that my parents are coming over so she can have time to prepare. But the other thing that my beta told me was rogues are creating some issues around packs. And that is just what needed in this mess, having rogues around anything is a major issues, it never turns out well in the end. I just hoping that the issue can be delt with before anything bad happens.

Being in the office for a hour or something like that I move out of my office to go tell Leah that my family will coming over and I want her to be ready for the wave of questions that my family will have once they get here.
