The week passes by without any event. I can control my magic better, though it's still a little tricky. Like she said, Pyra also looked into my family history, but she never mentioned the results. In fact, she just up and left out of nowhere without saying goodbye. I found it strange and a little rude, but according to Nia, that isn't uncommon for her to do. Apparently, she's pretty much a nomad, never staying in one place for much longer than a week.
I'll admit that I was a little hurt that she left, but I also feel bad for her. Obviously, she enjoys her life, but moving around so much like that sounds awful to me. Then again, who am I to judge another's lifestyle? Especially when I barely made my old apartment mine. Which reminds me, did I buy out the lease?
