HEMERA'S POV
The next day I spent primarily by myself again. Nia went to bed during the day as the longer he goes without sleep, the more it affects him, but James was there to give me some company.
I actually went up to meet his cats and husband Leo. They're such a wonderful couple, but I couldn't help but feel a little envious. I can only hope I find a fraction of the love they share for one another.
But beyond that, I was mostly in my room reading various books I picked up from the library. I only came out after the sunset and found James there with Nia. When I enter, Nia looks over at me and smiles.
While I go to sit, he stands and heads for the kitchen.
"Alright, so tonight, I plan to spend all my time trying to find answers for you, Hemera. I think I have a couple old tomes
