Chapter 13

Niles and Martha shrugged "alright please be careful and rest okay? Please take care of her Martha" He said entered his car and sped off heading to work. Julia and Martha entered her car with Martha taking the steering. "Let's go see mom first" Julia said trying to cheer the atmosphere but Martha just nodded and drove off. Meanwhile, Julius and his men hid in a corner of the hospital.

He dialed Juliet "hello miss we found the lady but she headed towards the city center and its impossible to take any action against her. I have a better suggestion her man friend is heading to the General hospital, he is going to pass through the shrubs its better we use him as a leverage to get her". Julius said. "You're a genius J! Go get him, take him to the warehouse by Hannah way and play with him a little" she said with a devilish smile spreading gradually on her lips.

"I will miss" he replied and began to deploy his men to ambush Niles when he get to the shrubs.

Meanwhile, Niles was humming to himself thinking of the best way to help Julia get revenge as he drove into the shrubs. Unknowingly he had entered the trap, his back tires were suddenly shot making his car skid forward before crashing into a tree. Luckily for him, he was wearing his seatbelt and he just hit his head on the steering wheel and sustained a little bruise that had began to drip blood. He quickly got down from the car and began to run knowing his attackers might still be close by. Like the speed of lightning he was cleared from the ground.

Baffled by who it was because of the strength the person used, he looked up and saw a grab looking guy wearing dark glasses, black singlet and trousers and black boxing gloves while the men around him wore black suit and glasses too and they were all armed. "What do you want?" He said in fear but trying to keep his voice steady. The grab guys pulled him up roughly with his clothes. "Come with us and I suggest you cooperate and don't try anything funny if not you will meet a fate worst than death" he said pushing Niles into their car and sped off.

They drove on for minutes going deeper into the less bustling and populated part of the city filled with warehouses and ghetto houses. Finally, they stopped at very big ware house and he was pushed out of the car into the warehouse. Niles too was a martial artist, he raised his hand to punch the man holding him. But to his astonishment, his hand was seized mid air like the speed of lightning "I warned you, cooperate but now I won't pity you anymore" the bouncer said and Niles was tied to a pillar and left in the warehouse.

Meanwhile Julia, Martha and Samantha was chatting away at Samantha's house. But after a few moments, she became more worried Niles hasn't called her which was unusual because he always called her when he got to the hospital "or is he angry at me? But he didn't seem really angry this morning ......no Niles doesn't keep malice maybe I should call him" she said picking up her phone and excusing herself, the phone rang for a long time but no response she shrugged "maybe he isn't with his phone she said and returned to Samantha and Martha.

Meanwhile Niles phone kept ringing but he couldn't pick because he was tied. "Arrrrghhh this girl! Let her stop calling me, but who exactly are this people after?" He thought racking his brain to know who he had offended unknowingly. Then the door opened and bouncer and his men came in again "do you want to go?" He asked in a gentle voice surprising Niles. "Yes" Niles replied staring hard at him eager to know who sent him. "I can let you go this very minute if you call Julia and persuade her to go home right now" the man said. "So that is it! Julia revenge people, maybe this is the only day I can help her" he thought to himself and his face darkened. "I would never!" He said defensively to the man "even if you kill me........"

The man face too darkened.."kill you? What will be the fun if I kill you? Get the tools and play with our guest a bit" he said to his men and walked away. Few minutes later Niles painful screams filled the air. Julia grew more uncomfortable, Niles number has been ringing "is he in trouble? Or maybe he is in doing an operation?" Julia troubled mind continued to reel making her lost in thoughts but she was having a bad feeling that something had happened. After torturing Niles for a long time Julius was worried and called Juliet "miss he had refused to give in even after all the torture what should we do? Julius asked. "Looks like we have a stubborn guest more fun......hold on am on my way" she said and hung up.

Julius instructed his men to stop Torturing Niles. When Juliet came she was led to Niles, at first when he saw her he thought it was Julia if not that she carried a more powerful aura than Julia. "Hey guy, I heard you refused to give in to help us get to get that sneaky Julia? Do you know she's the reason you are suffering now? You must love right? But will you die because of her? Um mm?" Juliet asked smiling walking around Niles slowly. "But why are you so heartless? You killed her parents, and now you want her?" He shouted at her and quickly shut up realizing he must have said too much.

Julia faced changed "her parents? Who are her parents?" She asked staring hard at him but he refused to speak up again. Juliet grew furious and snatched his phone "since you can't call her I will do so myself" she said and dialed her number "oh please Julia don't pick" he prayed in his heart. She signaled Julius to come speak and signaled his men to track the signal. Julia phone rang she saw it was Niles she smiled "I know you will surely call back" she mused and picked. "Hey Niles where have you been since?" She asked enthusiastically.

"Niles is in our hands if you want to see him alive again come to Hannah way. Alone! Julius growled. What....? Who are you? Why did you take Niles? She said frantically her fears finally confirmed. "No no! Julia don't come they are your parents killers" Niles shouted in the background in a weak voice. "Niles..... Niles is that you? Are you okay?" Julia said in an emotional voice clearly crying. Juliet collected the phone and signaled Julius to gag Niles.
