Aunty Becky’s Point of View
I closed my eyes in uncertainty not knowing what the next minute holds for me, my bones shrinking out and my whole body aching like fire.
What could I expect after now, already, the emotional turmoil was high. Alpha Sif's felt so disappointed at this point of crossroad.
I knew he was nursing personal interest in the Sapphire of a girl in order to raise his Pack's esteem, but the reverse became the case when I was suddenly poisoned and alongside the three enforcers who had passed on already.
I guess he must have shivered and affected by how his Pack would be ruined because of a little girl in his possession whom he knew nothing about.
I saw his expression flushed and uncertain, I knew he was already determined to send her out because of the threat she poised.
Thus, my sudden plea to help take the girl in and also see to her training. It would be a hard task for him considering his Pack's safety, which is usually the first thing any concerned leader would look out for.
Nevertheless, I just needed his help. I felt sorry for the girl, and the fact that I had already promised Susan my friend of her safekeeping made my heart sink deeper.
Was it wrong to be endowed with power? I muse for a moment about Sapphire, even though her powers hadn't found expression yet, she had already become a target. But why the sudden uproar and contention? What was she supposed to fulfill if she was in their possession?
I could imagine the trauma the young girl must be going through, her parents, Susan had been laid off and now I was about to be let out too.
You know, if I had signs of this impending doom, I would have contended it before now, but it came unannounced.
Was this it, was this the end to the mortal world? So unbelievable it was that I would shudder in pains begging to at least survive. At this stage, my body became pale, cold and clammy, my eyes closed, my instinct suddenly off and I lacked the ability to mind link anymore.
Here is it. The end. My unaccomplished life had finally been halted.
I guess Bridget had noticed this since she had been engrossed with the medical field right from childhood when she rushed in and suddenly let out a loud shout.
“Nooooooo!!!”
As my compassion bank bursted out with tears on the other world. I was leaving her behind, I couldn't believe it. Sapphire as well had been robbed of the motherly care.
Well, my times up as I was unable to catch up with any life's processes anymore when I suddenly observed a youngster, I guess he he's between the ages nineteen and twenty two starring at me with folded arms.
His hair was blonde, though neatly curled and trimmed down to his neck, his eyes shinny grey with some traces of blue which changes intermittently depending on his mood, his chest was broad, he looked hugh, but tall, he wore a velvet-like brown suit which exposed his hairy chest and fitted enough to show off his muscular body. His voice thundered while speaking, yet he felt so calm.
While wondering who he truly is, he stepped forward and introduced himself with a solemn voice;
“I'm Flynn, the Oracle of the Lightsteel Ocean Clan.
I was lost in awe. Like, what relationship exists between the Silver Claw Pack and the Lightsteel Ocean Clan? As if he glanced through my thoughts, he further hinted;
“I'm being tasked with the duty of safeguarding the delicate balance of supernatural forces which you also have a duty to maintain.”
“Now you are getting me all confused,” I blurted while juggling my hand in a confused state.
“I had a visions of a looming threat that could jeopardize the delicate balance between the natural and the supernatural realms. Which is already in display as at now, and if not acted upon, the elemental power that restores this balance may be disrupted.” He added.
“The girl you're in custody of, has a great mission to fulfill in the restoration of this delicate balance between the natural and the supernatural.”
"What a minute, you're talking about Sapphire?” I gestured.
“Sure, Sapphire it is." He confirmed.
“You're saddled with the duty to ensure her safety until she reaches her full potentials. But this was disrupted by the Wolfbane poison which was targetted at you to get you out of the way, and thus, my assignment.”
"Okay," I nodded, still dumfounded. It's obvious that the details was getting more interesting.
“But, I've been knocked out from the natural world, my wolf's gone, my powers, gone, though I feel sorry for her, but right now, I'm limited, and could possibly be of no use to her anymore. I'm tied as I can do nothing at all." I groaned and was filled with anguish.
“That's because you've surrendered to defeat. You're still in the natural world, though weak and unconscious, but you've already given up on your strength and abilities. Tactically, you've surrendered to defeat.”
He walked closer, and stretched forth his hands towards me, but then, withheld it back abruptly.
“I'm here to help you, but first, muster up your strength again by confessing positivity, there lies your miracle.”
He transcended into a silver-like shinny appearance, being lifted up and floated into the atmosphere.
He reached out to me, as who was already chattering some winning words and thus, the sound of blasting which at once directed the lightening into my being.
I gulped as I let out a desperate shout of “I'm alive, and landed on the floor at once and observed the Oracle was nowhere to be found. Gosh, where could he be? Was the question I couldn't possibly answer, but a seameanly thunderous voice kept echoing
“Gooooo! Gooooo!!
My being was set in a spiral motion. With each spin, I gradually regained each of my strength, thus, calling me back to consciousness. A total of seven spiral round was made, spilling out all the acquired poison from my system, thus on the seventh time, I sneezed and regained back my consciousness to the amazement of everybody.
