Queen’s Counsel, Mr David Briggs (43), was found shot in the head by cleaner Mrs Eithne O”Brian in the study of his luxurious riverside apartment on Saturday morning. Mr Briggs’s Romanian chauffeur, Victor Doganu (48), was also found dead at the scene. Metropolitan Police estimate the time of the deaths at around 7 pm on Friday evening.
