The agent stood in front of the grimy window, in the small room serving as both living space and bedroom. She supposed she should clean it, but what would be the point? The depressing little room she'd existed in, for the last few weeks, was built in the darkest shadows of the town. Soon she'd be gone from this hovel he'd forced her into. No Name Town?
