Jasmine looked up from where she sat on the couch as David walked into the living room. She’d changed into the turtleneck, which fit her to a tee. The intended owner must have been about her size. David was now dressed in a grey V-necked T-shirt over blue jeans. He walked over and sat opposite her. She’d been here long enough. Jasmine had to keep her heart safe.
