SIENNA’S POV ​"It's not like I want to be in the same f*****g room with you!" I hissed. ​He didn't respond, which was somehow worse than him yelling back. He just stood there with his back turned at me, acting like I was some kind of inconvenience he had to deal with. ​​I scratched a nervous itch on my forehead, my eyes narrowed at the muscles of his back. "What a jerk," I added, loud enough only for myself to hear. With a sharp huff, I grabbed a pillow from the edge of the bed and marched over to the couch. I threw myself onto the leather, staring at the ceiling and trying to ignore the drumming of the rain against the glass. I changed position on the couch a dozen times, yet I couldn't stop my heart from thumping every time a flash of lightning revealed his presence in the room
