Jake’s POV
“Hey man. How are you doing?” Gabriel asked over the phone.
“I am fine dude. It’s been a while. How have you been as well?” I reply.
I was speaking with him on a voice call. I had just come into the office from the meeting and soon it would be time to close for the day.
Gabriel no longer stayed in New York. A year after, he got married he moved over to Canada because of his business.
So, it had been a long time since I actually saw him.
“I am doing fine, man. I just called to tell you that I would be in New York any day from now. I need to attend to a meeting there in New York. Hope to see you soon,” Gabriel says.
“Wow.. That’s awesome dude. I also hope to see you soon. How about Alyssa and Daniel? How are they doing?,” I say.
