Sophia’s POV
The same man who insulted me earlier, was the same person calling me?
I was definitely not going to allow him spoil my mind and ruin the resolve which I had made earlier. I signal to Amy to let her know that I wanted to move to a quiet place to answer a call.
“Give me one minute. I need to move over from where I am now to answer this call,” I say to him.
I enter into the convenience and it’s more conducive to talk to him. Not like I wanted to talk to him. I just wanted to share with him a piece of my mind.
“Okay. I guess I can talk now. But I would like to plead with you for something, the only thing I require from you is to just listen to me. That’s all….” I tell him.
“I can’t believe I call you to talk and instead you are asking me to keep shut and just listen to you.
