Sophia’s POV
I woke up really late today because I ended up sleeping really late last night.
Amelia was actually the one who woke me up today for you to understand when I say that I woke up really late.
I quickly get Amelia ready and then get myself ready for work as well.
I hadn’t slept enough and I had puffy eyes now but even if I was running late, I needed to apply some make up to cover that area. I didn’t want to go about looking like a zombie.
Soon enough we were ready and we set out to leave the house. I dropped Amelia off at school then headed straight to work.
By the time I get to work, I was late by about 30 minutes. This was the first time I was coming late to work. I was thankful that Jake doesn’t get to resume until some minutes later.
I immediately settle down on my sea
