The disappointment was an understatement of how Duron felt at that moment. He had expected a better response from the old man but what did he get? He was quite disappointed. He had expected better.
Duron stood up to leave when he suddenly heard the old man say:
“Diana is not the Phoenix” The man announced
“I know Davina is….”
“Neither is Davina” The man replied. To clear the air, he went further in his explanation seeing the confused look on Duron's face.
“Neither Davina nor Diana is the Phoenix” The old man breathed out.
“What!” Duron yelled in shock. The old man nodded to confirm his statement.
Who then is the Phoenix?
Duron was confused. What was going on? As if he read his mind, the old man answered quickly
“When the time is right, you will know who the Phoenix is” He smiled
