Myra's POV
Luca went back after breakfast. I haven't told Elisa yet that I am not attending the interview. I always had the feeling to tell her my truth. Will she be afraid of the don? Will she still allow me to stay with her? If she got to know that the don is chasing me, will she allow Luca to marry me? I don't know what to do but I can't lie to her. Then what reason am I going to tell her for not attending the interview? If I tell her that Luca proposed to me, will she be happy? What would she think about me if I told her that I haven't accepted his proposal yet? My head is going to burst with all these questions. I need a break.
"Lucien, can I come a little bit later, like an hour later? I have something to finish." I asked.
"Of course you can. If you want, you can take a day off."
