“Alex, what’s wrong?” Rory ran to the man’s side without hesitation. When he got beside him, he rubbed his back to calm him down, hearing that reverberating growl along with his claws digging deeper into the floorboards. Alexander was wheezing. Each breath seemed pained, as he would release a hoarse sound each time he exhaled. “Its trying to get out,” he groaned. The aloha slumped to the floor as his grip on his face became tighter, like doing that would help him stop the thing.
