Alpha Stefan’s POV
Tracking is easier in wolf form, which is why we tie our phone pouches to our ankles and we shift as soon as the guard arrives. The pounding of our paws echoes like a stampede as we run, my nose to the ground. I beg Selene and I beg Jenson to find something, anything. Just a clue to where she is.
‘Come on buddy, we can do this. We will find her; we will save her and we will cherish her. I need you. I can’t do this alone,’ I say gently to Jenson.
‘You’re never alone. I’ll always be here for you. But don’t stop me when we find him,’ he tells me.
With his nose still to the ground, Jenson hunts for any sign of his mate’s scent. ‘Erin, I’m coming. Moon Goddess, please keep her safe until I get there,’I silently pray, while Jenson attempts to pick up a clue.
