Chapter Ninety-Four The room was full of people sitting at the steel tables. The room was lined with them along with metal chairs that looked uncomfortable. Every person, well, shifter in the room turned to look at us. They stopped eating and talking, the room falling silent. So many of those eyes that were on me started to glow. It made me freeze and I had to fight the urge to run away. The food smelled good, but my hunger wasn’t strong enough to fight down my fear. My heart started to race and I could feel adrenaline course through me. My fight or flight instinct kicked in, telling me that I needed to get out of here. That I needed to run and find somewhere safe to hide. I wasn’t used to having so many people look at me. It didn’t seem to bother Adam. He kept moving, pulling me along
