Ava's pov “ Who the f**k made that statement?” Coran's loud voice emanated as he stepped back from entering the elevator. ‘ Damn,’ I gritted my teeth, knowing fully well that the person just triggered him. “ I won't repeat myself,” then a girl with a face full of makeup stepped out, rolling her hair with her finger. “ It was a mistake, boss,” she said in a tone that lacked all forms of sincerity. Coran was about to step away from where I stood when I dragged him back by his blazer. He glazed down at me and I nodded my head negatively, giving him a pleading eye.
