I felt my palm go cold upon hearing what Chris just said, I was even beginning to shiver as various pictures started flying in my head.
I gently took Gary's hand and locked it with mine while I silently sob about the new turn that my life took and the worse one it might take later.
Just then I heard the door open, a doctor and three nurses entered with some instruments that I am not So familiar with. I moved away a bit so that it will be conducive enough for the doctor to make a proper diagnosis.
They started by plugging several machines they came in with in Gary's body but after lots of efforts ,there seemed to be no improvement. After many wasted efforts, the doctor removed and hung his stethoscope on his neck before he faced him.
