Chapter 11 “Oh my God,” Eli said when he opened the door. “f**k off.” The response was all Rob. The man wasn’t. “You look…um…different.” “f**k. Off,” Rob repeated clearly, and Eli laughed. “Oh God, you poor thing…” “You told me to!” Rob could not have looked more uncomfortable had he tried. There was nothing inherently wrong in what he wore—a simple pale blue button up shirt and some dark, well-fitted jeans—but…he looked neat. Even his stubble looked tidy for once, and it wasn’t a look that really suited the Rob that Eli knew and loved. “Well,” Eli said, looping his arms around Rob’s shoulders and kissing him softly in compensation, “it’ll only be for a couple of hours, and then we can go back to your flat.
