I was in a much better mood at work the following week. “If I didn’t know any different, I’d say you got laid,” Corey commented as he worked on the books for Pete. “Nope.” I put the pool cleaning tools away from my last job of the day. “So it must be music-related then,” he replied. I grinned as I walked over to my desk. “You got it. Met a guy in my building. New in town. He has the most awesome skills on the fiddle I’ve ever heard, anywhere.
