Connor throws his bag over his shoulder and links Harvey to tell him that he is ready to go. Harvey will drop him off at the location as Connor cannot risk his car being left in place. It looks normal for him to to arrive in a car. If he runs in his wolf form with a bag, it might start raising questions that he doesn't want to answer. He needs everything to look normal.
Harvey will wait for him, keeping out of sight. Connor will grab the bag out of the car and Harvey will drive away. It will all look like Connor is doing exactly what he's meant to be doing.
