Lara's POV
The induction of the new members of the Supreme Council was scheduled for this evening, I'd even forgotten about it, it escaped my memory. When I saw my mom dressing up, at around 5PM, I wondered where she was heading to, she usually doesn't goes out like that.
"I'm going out for the induction of the new members of the Supreme Council, aren't you coming?" She stopped all of a sudden to stare at me with surprised eyes. "A lot of people from here would be attending, how dare you not attend?"
She wasn't harsh in her scold which is why I listened to her. "Ouch," I sighed grudgingly. I was feeling tired and weak and just preparing to waste out the evening strolling around the garden.
