8 Penzance took her through the side door and up the stairs. There were guys just inside, guarding the entrance, but they didn’t stop them from going up. Harlow was surprised by how busy the main floor of Windsor’s was. Business had picked up, but this was the first time she’d seen it with her own eyes. Every table was occupied.
