I was still spending the night, restless and waiting for Amelia to come around with the apology which she was supposed to render for all the things that she had done.
But there was still no sign of her anywhere and that was really annoying at that point. It was much harder than I could handle at that point as I was really trying my very best not to let it get to me.
There were a lot of things that had me feeling like I was being played with at that point, and it was probably all because of Ryder.
For some reason, I was sure that he must have said something to her that could have caused her to have a change of heart about me. There were just too many things that had me feeling like I had been really sluggish when it came to poisoning her mind about Ryder.
