“So tell me what exactly has been going on in your pack lately…?” Alpha Marcus asked as he was looking excited about all that was going on at that moment. The fact that he had been right there with me made him seem quite satisfied.
“Well… there has been a great season of peace… with no attacks from anyone anywhere. Nothing worthy of note yet…” I said, wondering what exactly I needed him to do to keep him from bringing up any talk about my mate at that table.
