The next day,
I squinted my eyes when the golden rays of the sun assaulted them. With a yawn, I got up to prepare for the day. My first day as my mate's personal assistant made me feel uneasy, but I knew I had no choice than to go on with it.
As I walked past the hall to the Alpha's room, a few maids gave me a glare, their eyes giving out their thoughts. On a normal day, I should be working to death by now, but here I am, going to the Alpha's room. I ignored them and walked further, not wanting them to get to me.
