Ryder's POV
"Alpha," a knock came to my door, waking me up from my sleep.
"Who is it?" I murmured, turning to my side, praying that the knock wouldn't come the second time, but whoever it wasn't planning on leaving; they kept on knocking. "I said, who is it?" I finally opened my eyes.
"It's Kylian, Alpha."
I lazily dragged myself out of bed and checked my clock, noticing it was already 6 in the morning.
"What do you want?" I asked, squinting my eyes as the early rays of the morning sun had come out.
"Uhm... There's something wrong at the gate."
"Kylian, just speak. I'll leave you and go back to bed..."
