chapter 26
Amara POV I wake up disappointed both my mates are gone, I potter around the apartment taking my time. I manage to shower eat and read a book in the library, for an hour. Nearing lunch I decide its time to find my mates, the packhouse seems fairly empty today, I’m so confused. Where is everyone I checked both Ashley and Andrews offices and they’re empty. Giving up, I use my senses to scent them and I follow intently to the backyard and I’m left in shocks. There’s heaps of people out here, setting up a stage and a dance floor and rows and rows of chairs. There’s lights being strung in trees and tables for food under a canopy and a bar. I spot Ashley directing Alexander, who’s carrying a massive flower covered arch and I’m suddenly feeling emotional. Like a beacon in the dark my mates bot
