Mason POV “warning abuse”
I spent an annoyingly amount of time with Amara, rather than working. But I need to butter her up so she chooses me, and I need to somehow become intimate with her. The plan is somehow getting her to lose herself to the bond, then she'll have no choice but to stay here. Getting home I switched on the TV and put on a movie I think Amara would like. I try and sit close to her on the couch but she abruptly stands and says she's going to go rest upstairs and I stand up too. “OK well I’ll come with you, maybe we can lay down together and just talk.” I offer, hoping she’ll take the bait.
“No thank you, I just want to be alone.” She doesn’t even wait for my response, just walks off and slams the door. What the hell? After all the time I wasted on her today and she acts
