I stared out the window into the garden below as my mind slowly drifted back to my earlier conversation with Kira.
"Tell me, child... Who are you?" I repeated.
"Luna Odessa, what's the meaning of your question?" Dante immediately countered but my attention was on my child in front of me. The Lycan prince could wait.
She stared at me for a while before slowly turning to face Dante, smiling at him with her eyes, making him sit quietly like a grumpy child.
"I am Kira Razalo." she slowly spoke as though she was counting her words trying to be careful.
But that wasn't what I was after.
"Tell me Kira, you're a Lycan, yet you grew up in Nightfall pack surrounded by wolves. How did you manage to keep your Lycan heritage hidden? Or… were your Lycan parents there with you as well…?"
