She was sitting still infront of the mirror in her cafe office for 20 minutes now staring into her eyes going deep inside her own soul scared and more than just nervous about meeting Genesis's family a guy who she met just 4 months and now today She was going to meet his parents and brother.

She was not someone who was good at communications and since her bad relationships with her family she had no idea what healthy family and healthy relationships were.

She was sitting infront her the mirror with her blue dress on,which was decent for a family dinner beside her was a bag full of gifts for Genesis his mom dad and brother as she was going to meet them for the very first time

Her phone started ringing when she came back to reality and looked at the Caller ID it was Genesis she answered it

Hello? Mr Genesis?

Yeah Audrey I'm waiting out the cafe for you are you ready to go?

Yeah I'm sorry to keep you waiting I'm coming out just a minute.

she said and hanged up the call

she checked herself one final time in the mirror fixed her hair and then picked her bag and another gift bag and walked towards his car waiting outside

Genesis standing there yet again with a bouquet of flowers and a bag in hand.

She approached him

Hello Mr Genesis I'm so sorry you had to wait

It's okay Miss Audrey You didn't take much long and here's to the lady I'm proud of *he handed her the flowers he brought for her*

Thank you so much Mr Genesis you've always been getting me flowers since we've been meeting *She smiled warmly*

*He took out a beautiful blue pendant having a heart shape on it with a small quote written on it Which read Live love laugh*

Miss Audrey it's not from me it's from my parents they told me that since you're visiting us the first time we must give you something so they told me to give this pendant to you please accept it they'll feel good

He gently placed the her hairs infront and noticed a scar like a red scar which looked old on her back He wanted to touch it but he thought that's too private to touch Audrey and that's invasion of her privacy and ignored it and put on the pendant on her

That pendant looks more beautiful on you Miss Audrey it's not as beautiful as you are but you make it wonderful *He smiled*

It's more than anything for me I've never been given gifts from someone rather than friends *She smiled gently*

Let's go my family has been waiting since yesterday they're more than just excited to meet you..

She smiled and nodded and as usual she was sitting on the passenger seat and Genesis started driving the car

Oh yeah and Miss Audrey The flowers they're actually from my brother He told me to give you flowers when I pick you up so you see the flowers are from him this tome not me *He laughed a little*

I've been feeling better I won't say I'm okay or I'm cured from everything atleat a percent better

She nodded and felt proud of herself the very first time In a long time.

His mom hugged Audrey tight and patted audreys back

George : I'm studying psychology too just like Genesis and Our dad's A Psychologist too though he never forced us to be one but we still chose it as our career and our mom's a Psychologist too you see whole family is into the same business..

Audrey laughed at George's funny way of presenting His sentences

Alexa : Audrey dear which university were you in?

Audrey : Midsworth business school *she said in one breath*

Alex : That's a famous one for business that's good very good

Alexa : Audrey dear what's the name of your cafe?

Audrey: Crimson it's Crimson and i-it is is an italian th-theme cafe cafe yeah...

George: Wow that is amazing I love Italy and I've never been there though I wanna surely go there once...Have you been to Italy?

Audrey : Y-yeah once once I did

George : That's amazing so how was it? did you go to venice?

Audrey: Yeah yeah I went there exactly there...

George : I would love to go on a trip with you and Genesis there you know will it be okay if Genesis comes

She smiled and laughed at the fact how innocent George was and even his humor

She took out 4 boxes from the bag which she kept aside for awhile...

She took one box first it was a Baby blue colored box which looked like a necklace box

She handed to his mom and smiled

Audrey dear you didn't have to do it you're a part of our family now you don't need to be formal dear

She then lifted another box which looked like a box of something rectangular

She then handed a box of bracelet to George

She handed him a small box which had a beautiful male pendant which had blue color on it and looked extremely gorgeous

Alexa : So so so everyone let's have dinner Audrey we had no idea about your favourite food so I've made mostly all favourites of Genesis and George....

[Audrey thought to herself at the fact she had no favourite food growing up and sometimes she didn't even have food many a times to eat and how she had spent days not eating and just surviving on water.. ]

They all sat across the round dinner table and they were all facing eachother in a way...

Genesis : So Audrey I forgot to tell you that whenever we are eating anything breakfast dinner or even lunch we have a discussion about something random while eating...

Audrey smiled as she found that tradition of them an interesting one

George: mostly something random like today's topic we have is Our Family trip which took place 5 years ago *He laughed while saying this*

Audrey looked at them a little confused

Alex : So 5 years ago we had a trip with my brother and his family and our family and *He laughed*

Genesis: Stop Stop dad I'll explain it to her wait you guys so Actually that's dad's brother and he has two kids both boys and like other families we aren't on goof terns we hate them because of how rude they absolutely are *Genesis controlled his laugh*

Well Audrey then we went on a road trip and oh my god they troubled us so so much on that road trip so when we reached our house by the sea it was actually a rented house for our trip me dad and George decided to do something to make them good with us so when we all settled down at night when everyone slept they had different rooms like the two boys of our uncle so then we covered ourselves in ghost costumes did some good make up and mom helped us with that make up and exactly at 3 am we went in their room and scared the hell out of them and then we ran to our rooms quickly changed and washed our faces and pretended to be asleep and when they were still screaming and shouting we came out and pretended we didn't know anything since then they've been on good terms and no we haven't taken trips with them since

They all had a great laugh while finishing their dinner

After a great chit chat session Audrey felt comfortable around them and felt safe with the somehow

Now unfortunately it was time for Audrey to leave

Alexa: Audrey dear it will be good if you stay for the night we have 5 extra rooms you can choose anyone of them!

Audrey: I'm so sorry Mrs Macarthy I can't I have to go like like there are gonna be people who want to learn from me and the cafe tomorrow So I gotta go I'm so so sorry I'll I'll surely come soon and you guys must must visit my cafe as well it will be great to have you guys there it would be lovely

Genesis started driving her home

She smiled at Genesis

Audrey are you okay?

I was stuttering all this time talking with them...

It's okay dear they know this problem George had this problem too but now he's fine and I'm sure you are going to get over that too...

I hope so your family is very sweet they are genuine people I loved them alot

I'm glad I'll let them know they were very excited to meet you they were beyond happy when you said yes to come

I'm so glad I came it was amazing Mrs Macarthy Mr Macarthy and George they're all amazing

Genesis smiled thinking too himself how small things made Audrey happy as she was never treated right by anyone ever he was sad at the same time how much she has been through her stuttering problem...

Audrey so what's your schedule tomorrow?

It's Sunday I'm gonna be at the cafe whole day probably

Oh okay I see can I come to your cafe with my family tomorrow?

Sure that would be a great idea Genesis I mean it's good

It's kind off crazy Me and George want to work at your cafe like yeah since it's Sunday tomorrow we're free we wanted to try that really bad

You guys can but do you guys know how to make coffee or food?

No I meant we can take orders and maybe serve and give bills and stuff like that...

thinking on how amazing family Genesis has and how healthy their relationships are with each other...

It explains how he is such a gentle and understanding person of course his family is so sweet he and his brother were raised very well Mrs Macarthy is a sweet lady and Mr Macarthy is a partner in crime for them both George treated me like his own sister and he even said that I'm like his sister They're all amazing I'm glad and happy they liked the gifts I gave them and I'm stupid enough to think everything is gonna be messed up

but they're all good people they didn't even mind me stuttering so so much when I was with them they're truly good people I've never experienced this and it's all new but since they're so good it made me so so comfortable

Audrey had a habit of talking to herself all these years as there was no one to talk to so she use to say everything to herself good or bad this was the very first time she was experiencing the love of a family which was a new feeling to her...

Audrey who was nervous before meeting them was excited to see them tomorrow and show her cafe to them and spend some more time with Genesis and his family
