Her eyes shuttered open but she couldn't see clearly, what came next was a swirling pain weighing her by the side of her head. She could hear distant sounds so she was sure she wasn't alone. The smell she perceived from her surroundings gave her a clue of where she was. And when she verified her location, it gave her a reason to move, causing her to force her eyes open.
She was right, she was in a hospital. She quickly ran her eyes through her surroundings she spotted Alexa standing at the doorway, her hands on her waist glaring at her. Evelyn made the second attempt to move when Ingrid walked into the room with a phone in her hand.
