Knight Kay thought hard. He had to act fast. Bear Misha also had limited strength. After fighting to the death, now had to run as hard as he could. The prince did not know how far the brown bear could hold out, while the road before him could not be seen any bright spot.
Meanwhile, Troya almost lost consciousness due to the animal's poison on her right shoulder. Either luck or not, but the poison didn't spread quickly in her body, the poison just stayed in her right shoulder. But Troya's pain felt like she was being trampled by a tractor and crushed under it, throbbing and swelling.
Was it the end of her life? But Troya didn't want to die here at all. This was not her world, she was far from Papa and Mama. Even she was far from annoying Miki. She didn't want to just end up in this world.
Troya glanced back over the Knight's right shoulder. She saw a swarm of monsters flying fast after them, countless. Then she turned her gaze to the Knight's face. The face she knew so well, at least the face she had known before, so close and so real.
After two years of losing, should it just end like this? No, she couldn't! But she was powerless to save them all from this situation while she, herself, was in danger.
Troya looked back. Suddenly, she saw one of the monsters flying and attacked and almost hit the Knight's back if Mayang didn't throw her spear right hit the monster's chest.
Then, a bright spot was seen in the distance. It wasn't too far if they continued running at this speed, they should be able to reach it in just a few minutes.
Gradually, the bright spot spread and grew, until it was the size of a basketball. They were all excited because the way out was in sight. Troya's eyes could not help but stare at this bright spot. Her heart was full of hope that they could all survive out of this forest. For some reason, she had the feeling that they were safe outside the forest, right under the sun again.
Maybe they could make holes from those branches, but the problem was ... how? They had no weapons other than spears, swords, axes, ropes and arrows. If only they had explosives, or maybe a spell.
Troya looked at one of the tree branches in front of her, five meters above them which looked so lush. She hoped that the branches would break and let the sunlight through this part of the forest.
She stared at the tree branch continuously, focusing her eyes on that. And whether it was just an imagination or not, she seemed to see the cracks appearing in the tree branch.
“Misha, jump! Grab that silver branch!" ordered her to the brown bear's ear.
Misha's body reached three meters, so with ease, the bear was able to jump five meters high and grab the branch. At that instant, the crunch of the tree trunk filled the entire forest, and the next second the trunk broke. Due to Misha's weight reaching 400 kg, the tree branch with a diameter of fifty centimetres broke easily because of the pre-existing c***k.
The broken branch would almost have hit the three of them if Misha weren't nimble enough in avoiding the falling branches. There was panic among the monsters when the sunlight burst in and hurt their bodies. Their scream sounded deafening loud.
Misha was still running fast following the horse that was ridden by Liam and Mayang. The knight cried out in joy over what had just happened. Troya had the same euphoria, delighted that her plan was successful. Liam and Mayang, who were curious, looked back and saw what had just happened. But because Liam didn't know how to stop the horses yet, they kept running out of the forest.
Meanwhile, the bear Misha was slowing down. He felt that he didn't have to run that fast anymore because the danger was no longer lurking. But they forgot, the forest did not consist only along footpaths. Instead the forest was vast, so unexpectedly, the attack came again from their side.
Troya and the Knight saw the monsters spread out to the side of the path that was not exposed to the sunlight and continued their pursuit. Kay immediately ordered Misha to speed up his run again.
They nearly got hurt from the attack coming from their left if only Misha hadn't swerved to turn his body, so the attack went off. Troya's chest was beating fast again. She could even hear the beating of the Knight's heart, which was very close to her, right behind her.
There was a screech of the animal attacking from the right, and this time it almost hit the Knight's back. Kay was saved because of the armour he wore so that his back was not torn apart. But these monsters apparently never gave up. They continued to attack in turn.
Kay fought them with all his might, swung his sword fiercely, and managed to take down a few of them. But that was not enough, because the number of these animals kept increasing. When one of the beasts almost managed to place its claws on the Knight's shoulder, Troya couldn't let that happened.
She moved sideways so that she could grab the animal's body and rode it. The Knight was surprised by what the girl had just done. He wanted to help but the animal instead took the girl flying higher. The animals continued to fly towards the bright spot, which was only ten meters away from their current position.
"Miss, release the animal!" shouted Kay, chasing under her.
Meanwhile, on the animal's back, Troya gripped tightly by its neck, so that she could order the animal to move as her order. She kept repeating the command for the bat monster.
"Fly out into the sun and be destroyed. Fly out into the sun and be crushed,” She mumbled that over and over.
And that's what happened next. As if unable to refute all those words, the monster flew out of the forest, and was finally burned by the heat of the sun. Troya released her grip and fell from down from the height of ten meters.
Liam and Mayang, who had been outside the forest for a long time, felt shocked and scared to see it all. The two of them came down and waited anxiously what would happen to their best friend. Then they saw the Knight and Misha was just coming out of the forest with the horde of monsters that turned back into the forest and did not dare to come out.
"Knight, please help Troya!" shouted Mayang, hysterically.
There was no need to ask, Kay had the intention to do that. He kept asking Misha to speed up his run towards the fall of Troya's body. And when Troya almost hit the ground, he immediately jumped from Misha's back and caught her. The two of them rolled onto the grass. The Knight embraced Troya with all his might, embracing her in such a way that the girl's body was completely protected from the harsh impact when they landed heavily on the ground.
For a moment, the air was overcome by a tense atmosphere. And finally it was broken by Mayang's screaming who ran fast to the fall of Troya and Kay, followed by Liam behind her.
"Are you all right?" said Mayang frantically, sitting on her knees not knowing what to do but waiting for Kay to open his eyes again.
Liam arrived shortly thereafter with the same chasing breath as Mayang. They both looked really scared by what they had just seen. And finally after waiting for a few seconds that felt like several tiring hours, Kay opened his eyes, but he still hadn't released his embrace on Troya's body.
"Knight Kay, are you all right?" asked Liam already squatting beside Mayang.
But no answer has yet come out of the Prince's mouth. He was still silent, as if he was still absorbed in what had just happened. He was trying to calm his own breathing. A moment later, he stretched his arms to look at the body in his arms. When he saw it, Troya's eyes were still closed with the wound on her shoulder growing darker.[]
