In the morning, I stared at the coffee maker as though in a trance. I could not stop smiling thinking about how fantastic the experience had been. I now felt like I understood why everyone made physical intimacy seem like such a big deal. I felt the warmth of the bite on my shoulder, realizing what they'd meant by hurting in the best way. Even though I hadn't gotten a wink of sleep, I felt like I could run a marathon. I kept thinking about how much I wished Juno was there so we could talk about it.
