# đź’” Chapter 2: The Man Who Made Her Cry

--- The silence after her words was deafening. Zaria didn’t blink. She didn’t flinch. She simply turned her back on Aryan Mehra — the man who once shattered her heart like crystal — and walked away from the cake, from the crowd, from the past. But Aryan wasn’t going to let her vanish again. He followed her. “Zaria, stop!” She paused near the marble staircase, turning slowly. Forgotten.” She laughed softly. “Funny. I thought the same about you… until I saw your name on my competitor’s boardroom list.” Aryan froze. “Competitor?” “Oh yes,” Zaria said with a satisfied smirk. “I own **ZK Media Corp** now. We’re buying your company’s shares — quietly, legally, and very soon… completely.” His chest tightened. “You’re here to destroy me?” She leaned in, whispering at his ear, “I’m not here to destroy you, Aryan. I’m here to make you watch while I take back everything you stole.” And with that, she walked away again — leaving Aryan stunned, speechless, and suddenly… afraid. --- --- I
