I rush to get the kids to the safety room of the pack house; olive is outside trying get all the kids run up. I get to the safety room, I look around cass is nowhere around! I run out of the safety rooms, one of the women yells “Luna, you must stay with us!” as the door is closing, I yell back, “my son isn’t here, I need to find him!” I run outside I see blood an war, I look for cass I see him in his black wolf form trying to fight off two at the same time, from the other side I see one about to attack him. I run towards him fast as I can an transform mid jump, I tackle the other wolf. He looks surprised at first, but he quickly shakes it off just as his about to pounce; maracas wolf kills him. Marcus transforms to his human self; “Celine get back to the packhouse now!” Marcus runs off to attack another wolf, when I see a man has a silver knife heading straight towards cass, I’m about to head for him when a wolf attacks me, I kill him quickly. I look up and it’s too late the man stabbed cass, his laying coughing blood. “no!” I transform back to human, anger surges through me. My whole body is on fire everyone stops, the man tries to run away but I stop him, the roots from the trees grab him. “you killed my son!” I grab him by the throat an turn his body on fire, he screams bloody murder. I send fire to the rest of the rogues, some retreat. I walk over to cass, the fire goes away as soon as I see his body, my son is gone. I cry over his body, my sweet boy you didn’t deserve this! I hear coughing, I open my eyes. My son is the one coughing “mom, what happened?”

I’m fighting off two wolves when I overhear maracas yell at mom I growl, he may be her mate, but he doesn’t need to yell at her like that. I’m distracted when suddenly I feel a burning my pain; “ahhhh!” it hurts so bad, my vision because blurry I see mom, she’s on fire? Who put her on fire? Suddenly everything goes dark. I wake up in a green field with a lake nearby the packhouse, mom, and maracas are nowhere in sight. I go towards the lake I see a beautiful woman with purple eyes, and white hair. She looks somewhat familiar. “hello cass.” I look at her, how do I know her? Who is she? “do I know you mam?” she smiles an laughs, “well of course you do, I’m your mom” I shake my head, has this lady gone crazy? “you’re not my mom has blue eyes and long black hair.” She just laughs again, “I’m Luna her wolf silly,” oh so she’s technically my mom, all this werewolf stuff is still strange, one moment I’m human like everyone else than I’m not because of some creeps. “so, where exactly are we, where’s mom?” she glares at me, “I mean my human mom.” That seems to satisfy her, “well were in heaven, or the gates of heaven.” The gates? “see your not quite dead or alive, but that’s not why I brought you’re here, theirs going to be a war you need to prepare for.” I’m not shocked I’ve suspected for a while there was going to be one, especially because of the increase in rogues. “why can’t you tell your human self.” She frowns, “I’ve tried she barely listens to me, she’s afraid of herself, of becoming a monster like rick and his pack of rogues.” She’s afraid? Is she afraid of me and maracas? Does she think I’m a monster? Luna comes closer to give me a big hug, “no she’s not afraid of you, she loves you and your brothers; but please remember what I tell you!” everything starts to dim theirs a strong wind its pulling me back, “you have to go back warn them, rick has a dark witch on his side, you’ll need both myself and your human mom to defeat them!”
